Tal como o espaço é um elemento fundamental para conseguir as fotos pretendidas, também o nosso vestuário é um aspeto importante. As cores de cada tipo de vestuário deverão , em geral, conseguir fazer contraste com as cores do espaço escolhido para a sessão , Contudo , existem exceções para o efeito. Caso a foto seja apenas com o objetivo de aproveitar o local ( paisagem ) escolhido, então, neste caso existem dois caminhos a seguir: - Se o local escolhido for predominantemente marcado pelas cores fortes escuras, então o vestuário escolhido deverá ter um tom que se aproxime das cores fortes; - Se caso de verifique o oposto, o vestuário deverá ser naturalmente mais claro. Mas, se as fotos a conseguir tiverem " em mente " captar a o sujeito a ser fotografado , neste caso , as situações que referi a cima deverão inverter-se, ou seja, deverá haver um contraste entre as cores do local e do vestuário do sujeito.
